Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
 How do I pay?

We ACCEPT PAYPAL as our payment method and for Payment Credit Card, we accept the following via PayPal:-

– Master Card
– American Express
– Discover

-If you are paying by other credit card, bank or Paypal account, you will need to select “Pay by Paypal” option at checkout. After the order confirmation page, you will be redirected to a Paypal payment page. We use their facilities to handle all our payments.
-If you are paying by bank account, you can enter in your bank information for billing.Your bank will send Paypal the funds which will be transferred to us in form of an eCheck. Please note that eChecks can take up to 10 days for processing depending on your bank’s policies. We only process orders after the eCheck has been completely cleared.Thus, we recommend you to use credit card or Paypal account whenever possible.
-If you already have a Paypal account and would like to use your Paypal balance, simply log in and follow the on screen instructions.

Shipping Information

SHIP FROM USA

We take about 2-7 business days to create products Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

You will  receive notification and tracking information when the order has shipped.

Returns and Exchanges
The  items are made to order, and as such cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. Refund are not possible under most circumstances.
 
In the rare situation where an order for these items arrives defective, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be made and shipped to you. If a replacement is not possible, we may arrange for a refund.

Exchanges may be necessary for a number of different reasons. 

LOST PACKAGE
If it is a mailing issue where it got lost in transit just let us know and we will send out a replacement. If the tracking shows delivered or Return To Sender we can only offer a replacement order to an alternative address because we incur the cost.

SIZING EXCHANGE
If it is a sizing issue we will offer one time free size replacement 1 size smaller or bigger than the original size on the order. 

We do not offer size exchanges on baby onesies and all over print orders.

PRODUCT ISSUE
If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong product, wrong size, bad graphic just send us a picture of what you received for quality control purposes and we can offer a refund or replacement

If it is any issue where you just doesn’t like the product we do not offer replacements or refunds since we do print on demand for custom products.

We never need anything sent back to us we just need a picture for QC purposes. US customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 60 days after the shipped date.

What we need to make a replacement order:

  1. Please provide your name and email.
  2. Please provide the order number
  3. Please provide picture of wrong/ damaged item.
  4. Please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.

Once we receive this we will print a replacement product and send it right out!
